Congratulations, Sandy!

Herkimer-Fulton-Hamilton-Otsego BOCES District Superintendent Sandra Sherwood is retiring at the end of September, and Herkimer BOCES is throwing her a celebration titled "Sandy's Shindy" on Friday, Sept. 22.
